Q. WHAT IS FACTORING
A. Factoring is the purchase of accounts receivable for immediate cash. Factoring gives businesses the power to insure growth or solve problems without diluting equity or incurring debt.

Q. HOW WILL FACTORING BENEFIT MY COMPANY?
A. You will immediately and consistently have the cash you need for payrolls, taxes, inventory, raw materials, etc. You can take supplier discounts and improve your credit rating. Take advantage of current sales and profit opportunities without concern for operating capital.

Q. HOW DOES IT WORK?
A. Your company will invoice your customers in the usual way. You submit the invoices to us for funding and we advance you a percentage of the invoice amount. We can normally process your funding within 24 hours; the same day if we receive it early enough.

Q. DO I HAVE TO FACTOR ALL MY INVOICES?
A. No. You decide when and how to use the program according to your needs.

Q. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO FACTORING MY INVOICES?
A. We require no "term" contract. There is no penalty whatsoever to discontinue using our program.

Q. HOW DO I RECEIVE THE MONEY FROM INVOICES SOLD?
A. Normally by wire transfer directly into your company bank account.

Q. HOW WILL I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY FACTORED INVOICES?
A. We will send you an updated account receivable report every Monday. We fax you check copies daily of checks we receive from your customers.

Q. WHAT ARE THE FEES INVOLVED?
A. The discount fees are from 2% to 4% of the gross invoice amounts monthly. They are usually charged in windows of time such as every 10 or 15 days.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY APPLICATION?
A. Only a few days after we receive your application and all the other items needed to support your application process.

Q. HOW DO I QUALIFY?
A. Generally any company which sells business to business qualifies as long as an Invoice is generated and a verifiable product or service is delivered. The current condition of your company is not as important as the credit worthiness of your customers.

Q. DO I HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO GET STARTED?
A. Ordinarily there is a small, fully refundable set-up fee.

Q. HOW CAN I BE CERTAIN THAT PERFORMANCE CAPITAL WILL TREAT MY CUSTOMERS WELL?
A. Performance Capital is not a collection agency. We will never harass your customers for money. Maintaining your customers' goodwill and confidence are as important to us as it is to you.
